What’s Coaching?

Coaching is a process that supports you in healthy, sustainable behavior change by challenging you to develop your inner wisdom, identify your values, connect your vision and strengths, and transform your goals into achievable actions.

What’s the Coaching Process Like?

We begin this process with a short phase of exploration. As the coach, I learn about you and come to understand you as a whole person through our conversations and the introductory questionnaire information you provide. As a client, you are guided in self-exploration to understand, connect, and engage your natural abilities to heal and perform. Once your goals are identified, we co-create an achievable action plan and support you along the way as you progress towards realizing your goals.

How Does Coaching Fit with My Other Wellness Care?

Coaching works well on its own or in tandem with the work you are doing with your doctor, healthcare practitioner, nutritionist, or mental wellness professional.

Is Coaching Effective?

Numerous studies over the past ten years demonstrate that coaching is a proven method to help people make sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to improvements in health & wellness. Results will vary with individuals and depends largely on the participation of the client.
